Raising the Bar: Advanced Certifications in Information Security

We’re excited to share that our Senior Information Security Manager, Matjaž Goličnik, has successfully renewed two critical certifications for the next 3 years, fortifying our commitment to maintaining the highest standards of information security. These certifications, awarded by the esteemed SIQ (Slovenian Institute for Quality and Metrology) in cooperation with Austrian CIS (Certification & Information Security Services Gmbh), underscore our continuous efforts in enhancing our security frameworks and compliance capabilities.

Matjaž has been certified as an Information Security Manager and an Information Security Auditor according to latest ISO/IEC 27001:2022, an internationally recognized standard. As an Information Security Manager, Matjaž leads the establishment, implementation, and continual improvement of our Information Security Management System (ISMS). This role is critical as it serves as a bridge between top management and operational teams, ensuring that our security measures are not only compliant but also effectively integrated into our daily operations.

Furthermore, the certification as an Information Security Auditor enables him to conduct both internal and external audits, ensuring our and business partners’ compliance with ISO/IEC 27001 standards. This role is essential for reviewing security practices and identifying areas for improvement, thus enhancing the overall security posture of Comtrade 360.
