Nataša Tovornik

As senior HR business partner, Nataša champions a people-centric culture at Comtrade 360 that fosters trust, teamwork, and autonomy. She introduces systems and tools into the organization that support business transformation and growth, help leaders manage and inspire their teams, and enable employees to develop, and realize their potential. She has over 20 years of experience in HR and senior management positions in the IT, consulting and banking industries, most of these positions were held in international companies. She also worked in Switzerland and did volunteer work in Malawi.

During her independent career in learning & development and executive search consultant, she focused on leadership, teamwork and communication. She has been a keynote and guest speaker at several conferences and co-authored several articles on leadership, organizational development and learning.

Her passion is empowering people to take control of their lives and she loves sharing that passion with everyone inside and outside the organization.
